More Life Wellness, LLC works with a third party printing company, Printful, who performs services, prints, and ships your product on our behalf. All returns will be shipped back to and processed through Printful. We accept returns on an exchange basis. If you wish to change the size you can return your item and exchange for a different size. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 4 weeks of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 4 weeks or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping rates.

Printful operates on a pre-order/made to order basis. This is to allow everyone the opportunity to purchase and to eliminate waste. Orders may take up to 3-4 weeks after your order is placed to be shipped out. Due to COVID-19 pandemic operations have slowed down. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at Printful’s expense. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
