Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is offered to individuals who are dealing with problems stemming from their family, social group, or even those wanting to address personal issues outside of couple’s counseling. Other individuals simply want to maintain their mental health and explore potential habits that may be impacting their peace in life.
During the counseling process, the client will learn beneficial techniques to regain control of their lives and how to effectively respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills. Your Therapist focuses on confidence building, boundary setting, and exploring how your upbringing has impacted you. All of the skills you gain will help you to move through this new transition of your life with more insight, self-love, and peace of mind.
Individual sessions are offered using a telehealth format (via video which is secure and HIPPA compliant).
